Donate to the 973rd COB

All of us that volunteer buy our own gear, costumes, props, etc. We chip in to buy food. We chip in to make IEDs. We formed this organization to make it easier for the military to contract with us, and also to accomodate the requests we were getting from friends and family to support us in our mission.

If you support what we are doing and you would like to donate - we can offer you a tax deduction (pending) for your donation.

Everything you donate does directly to serving our troops. None of us draw a salary or take a dime out of our organizations funds for personal benefit.

How we use funds:

There is a great need for realistic IED simulators. These tend to be expensive, and there are never enough of them.

Food - Our group can range from 15 to 30 at any given drill weekend. We have a great need for decent 'powerbars', energy drinks, etc.

Costumes and Props - we have an ongoing need for props to make the scenarios more realistic. This can range from clothing, to rugs, furniture, training weapons, and everyday items.

Wish list of items:

Not every donation needs to take the form of money. We need a number of odd items in our efforts.

  • Costumes! We need lots of costumes. Anything middle eastern.
  • IEDs - we need electronic people who can make simulated IEDs. Remotly detonated. We also need fake IEDs. Big welded pipes, pipebombs, etc. Contact us for more info.
  • Airsoft guns - We need airsoft AK-47s, airsoft pistols, training knives, blank firing pistol, 9mm PA blank ammo.
  • Gas cards - It's not very romantic, but we need gas to get everywhere.
